Description of the mechanism for submitting comments

In accordance with the provisions of clause b, paragraph 4, article 42 of Law 4727/2020, this Accessibility Statement includes a mechanism for informing and submitting comments, through which any interested party can submit comments on any accessibility issues identified on websites and mobile applications.

The mechanism works as follows:

a) If the comments concern websites and mobile applications registered with the M.D.I.S.E.F., interested parties describe their request in a standardised electronic form. The request is received by the authorized employee (manager) of the public sector organization responsible for accessibility issues, who is responsible for responding within thirty (30) days. The request is forwarded to the website maintenance manager and the Accessibility and Social Affairs Department of the Digital Strategy Directorate of the Directorate-General for Digital Governance, Ministry of Digital Governance. The response is communicated to the Accessibility and Social Affairs Department of the Digital Strategy Directorate, the General Directorate for Digital Governance, and the Ministry of Digital Governance.

b) If the comments concern websites and applications for mobile devices not registered with the M.I.D.I.S.E.F., interested parties can send their message to the following email address: mhdisef@mindigital.gov.gr
